Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Alanyl Glutamine combined with enteral nutrition support on patients with severe acute pancreatitis(SAP).Method:A total of 82 SAP patients who admitted to Pizhou People's Hospital from January 2021 to March 2024 were selected,and they were divided into the control group(n=41)and the observation group(n=41)according to random number table method.The control group was given enteral nutrition support,and the observation group was given Alanyl Glutamine on the basis of the control group.The symptom relief time,nutritional index,inflammatory index and immune function were compared between two groups.Result:The normal time of blood amylase,the improvement time of abdominal distension and abdominal pain and the hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after 7 d of treatment,the levels of prealbumin(PA),transferrin(TRF),serum albumin(ALB),immunoglobulin M(IgM),immunoglobulin A(IgA)and immunoglobulin G(IgG)in two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after 7 d of treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),C-reactive protein(CRP)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Alanyl Glutamine combined with enteral nutrition support in SAP patients has a significant therapeutic effect,which can promote symptom relief,improve nutritional indicators,alleviate body's inflammatory response,and enhance immune function.关键词
