MIS-TLIF与TLIF治疗单节段腰椎退行性疾病近期疗效的对比
Comparative of Short-term Efficacy of MIS-TLIF and TLIF in the Treatment of Single Segment Lumbar Degenerative Diseases

Abstract
Objective:To compare the effectiveness of minimally invasive transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion(MIS-TLIF)and traditional transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion(TLIF)in the treatment of single segment lumbar degenerative disease patients.Method:The clinical data of 72 patients with single segment lumbar degenerative diseases treated in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from April 2020 to December 2022 were retrospectively analyzed,and they were divided into group A and group B according to different operations,with 36 cases in each group.Group A was treated with traditional TLIF,group B was treated with MIS-TLIF.The surgical indicators,interbody fusion rate,pain degree and lumbar function before surgery,1 month and 6 months after surgery were compared between the two groups.Result:The operation time of group B was longer than that of group A,the incision length was shorter than that of group A,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of group A,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale(VAS)score of group B was lower than that of group A at 1 month and 6 months after surgery,and the Japanese Orthopaedic Association assessment treatment score(JOA)score was higher than that of group A,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The interbody fusion rate in group B was 97.22%(35/36),compared with 88.89%(32/36)in group A,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with traditional TLIF treatment,MIS-TLIF treatment for patients with single segment lumbar degenerative diseases has a longer surgical time,but more significant pain relief and improvement in lumbar function.关键词
