Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Sacubitril Valsartan Combined with Spironolactone in the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure.Method:A prospective study was conducted to select 82 CHF patients admitted to Liyang People's Hospital from April 2022 to February 2024.They were randomly divided into two groups by random number table method,with 41 patients in each group.Both groups received routine anti heart failure and Spironolactone treatment,with the control group receiving Valsartan treatment and the observation group receiving Sacubitril Valsartan treatment.The efficacy after 12 weeks of treatment was evaluated.Result:The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 90.24%,which was higher than 68.29%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the left ventricular end diastolic diameter,left ventricular end systolic thickness,end diastolic interventricular septum thickness,end diastolic left ventricular posterior wall thickness,left ventricular mass index,serum amino terminal brain natriuretic peptide precursor(NT-proBNP)and aldosterone levels,Minnesota Heart failure quality of life scale(MLHFQ)score were lower than those in the control group,the incidence of major adverse cardiovascular events(MACE)was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no total significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Sacubitril Valsartan combined with Spironolactone can effectively inhibit left ventricular remodeling in CHF patients,regulate serum NT-proBNP levels,improve cardiac function and quality of life,and reduce the occurrence of MACE.关键词
