摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the effect difference between the improved three-hole laparoscopic peritoneal dialysis catheterization and the traditional open catheterization in clinical application.Method:The clinical data of 68 patients with uremia admitted to the Department of Nephrology,Longgang Central Hospital of Shenzhen from January 2020 to September 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the operation method, they were divided into the laparoscopic group 34 cases and the open group 34 cases. The laparoscopic group received the improved three-hole laparoscopic peritoneal dialysis catheterization, and the open group received the traditional open catheterization. The length of operation, the amount of blood lost, the incidence of complications, the length of hospitalization and the cost of hospitalization were compared.Result:Compared with the open group, the operation time of the laparoscopic group was significantly shorter, the surgical blood loss was less, the proportion of painkillers used within 24 h after surgery was lower, and the hospitalization cost was higher, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of abdominal fluid leakage at 14 d after surgery in the laparoscopic group was significantly higher than that in the open group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of poor drainage and catheter displacement in the laparoscopic group was significantly lower than that in the open group within 1 year of follow-up,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The modified three-hole laparoscopic peritoneal dialysis catheterization has certain advantages over traditional open catheterization.关键词
