Abstract
Objective:To explore and analyze the impact of non-invasive ventilator assisted therapy on patients with acute left heart failure.Method:The clinical data of 108 patients with acute left heart failure who treated in Beijing Chuiyangliu Hospital from September 2022 to January 2024 were retrospectively collected,the patients were divided into the experimental group 54 cases and the control group 54 cases according to different treatment methods.The control group was given routine drug treatment,and the experimental group was given non-invasive ventilator assisted therapy on the basis of the control group,both groups were treated for 7 d.The efficacy,cardiac function,serum brain natriuretic peptide level,re-hospitalization and death after 6 months of follow-up were compared between two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the experimental group was 98.15%,which was significantly higher than 88.89%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after 7 d of treatment,the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter and left ventricular end-systolic diameter of two groups were smaller than those before treatment,and those in the experimental group were smaller than those in the control group,the serum brain natriuretic peptide levels of two groups were lower than those before treatment,and that in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001);the re-hospitalization rate and mortality rate of the experimental group after 6 months of follow-up were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Non-invasive ventilator assisted therapy for patients with acute left heart failure can improve the therapeutic effect,reduce left ventricular end-diastolic diameter and left ventricular end-systolic diameter,inhibit the release of serum brain natriuretic peptide,and reduce the follow-up re-hospitalization rate and mortality.关键词
