摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Magnesium Sulfate and Labetalol in the treatment of preeclampsia.Method:From January to December 2023,60 patients with preeclampsia in the Xining No.1 People's Hospital were selected as the observation objects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into the control group(Magnesium Sulfate treatment)and the observation group(Magnesium Sulfate+Labetalol treatment),with 30 cases in each group. The application effect were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The blood pressure of the observation group after treatment was lower than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The hematocrit, blood viscosity and 24 h urine protein after treatment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum homocysteine and C-reactive protein after treatment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with preeclampsia, the treatment of Magnesium Sulfate and Labetalol is more ideal, which can improve the hemorheology index, renal function and serum inflammatory mediators, and has a significant antihypertensive effect, which has a positive impact on improving the pregnancy outcome. There was no increase in adverse reactions after combined treatment.关键词
