Abstract
Objective:To compare the application effect and safety of Ciprofol and Propofol combined with Remifentanil anesthesia respectively in patients undergoing painless gastroscopy examination.Method:A total of 120 patients undergoing painless gastroscopy who admitted to Jingzhou Third People's Hospital from January to June 2024 were selected,they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was anesthetized with Propofol combined with Remifentanil,and the observation group was anesthetized with Ciprofol combined with Remifentanil.The recovery,vital signs,stress response and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Result:The spontaneous breathing recovery time,eye opening time and orientation recovery time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the heart rate(HR)and mean arterial pressure(MAP)at the endoscope was inserted(T1),at the end of the examination(T2)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of norepinephrine(NE),cortisol(Cor)and epinephrine(E)were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Ciprofol combined with Remifentanil can more effectively stabilize the vital signs of patients undergoing painless gastroscopy examination,control stress reactions,help patients recover quickly,and have fewer adverse reactions.关键词
