摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of locking compression plate(LCP)combined with minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis(MIPPO)in the treatment of limb fractures and its influence on joint function and quality of life of patients.Method:A total of 130 patients with limb fractures who admitted to Beijing Changping District Hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected, and they were divided into the control group(n=65,conventional open reduction and plate internal fixation)and the observation group(n=65,LCP combined with MIPPO treatment)according to the treatment methods. The perioperative indexes, stress indexes, postoperative complications, joint function and quality of life were compared between two groups.Result:Compared with the control group, the operation time, postoperative hospitalization time and fracture healing time in the observation group were shorter, the intraoperative blood loss was less, and the incision was smaller, the incidence of postoperative complications was lower, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the levels of prostaglandin E2,cortisol and norepinephrine in the observation group at 1 d after operation were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);at 3 months after operation, the scores of upper limb and lower limb joint function and quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of LCP combined with MIPPO in patients with limb fractures can reduce the stress response, reduce the risk of complications, and promote the recovery of postoperative joint function and quality of life.关键词
