心脏彩色多普勒超声联合颈动脉超声在冠心病早期诊断中的应用研究

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the value of cardiac color Doppler ultrasound combined with carotid artery ultrasound in the early diagnosis of coronary heart disease.Method:A total of 100 patients with suspected coronary heart disease were selected from Nanping First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from April 2021 to April 2024.All patients underwent cardiac color Doppler ultrasonography and carotid ultrasonography,and coronary artery angiography was used as the gold standard.The patients were divided into coronary heart disease group(group A,n=62)and non-coronary heart disease group(group B,n=38).Intima-media thickness(IMT)of the carotid artery,myocardial work index(Tei index)and plaque score were compared between the two groups to evaluate the consistency and diagnostic efficacy of the two diagnostic methods with the gold standard.Result:The IMT of the carotid artery,Tei index and plaque score in group A were higher than those in group B,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The consistency of cardiac color Doppler ultrasound and carotid artery ultrasound with gold standard were medium(Kappa=0.595,0.514,P<0.05).The combination diagnosis was in good agreement with the gold standard(Kappa=0.915,P<0.05).The diagnostic efficiency of combined diagnosis was higher than that of cardiac color Doppler ultrasound and carotid artery ultrasound,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of cardiac color Doppler ultrasonography and carotid ultrasonography has significant value in the early diagnosis of coronary heart disease,and its diagnostic consistency and efficacy are better than that of single ultrasonography.关键词
