Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of five elements palace tune music on the negative emotion,coping strategies,and post-traumatic stress disorder(PTSD)of stroke patients in the recovery period.Method:A total of 120 stroke patients in the recovery period admitted to Jing'an District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,Shanghai from January 2023 to August 2024 were selected as the research subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups.The control group(n=60)received rehabilitation training guidance,while the observation group(n=60)received intervention with five elements palace tune music therapy on the basis of the control group.The changes in Hamilton depression rating scale(HAMD),anxiety rating scale(HAMA),medical coping style questionnaire(MCMQ),posttraumatic stress disorder self rating scale civilian version(PCL-C),and stroke impact scale(SIS)scores between two groups before and after intervention were compared.Result:Before intervention,there were no statistically significant differences in HAMD,HAMA,MCMQ,PCL-C,and SIS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the HAMD,HAMA,PCL-C,surrender,and avoidance scores of the two groups decreased compared to before intervention,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the SIS and face scores of the two groups increased compared to before intervention,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Five element palace music can improve negative emotions,enhance coping strategies,alleviate PTSD,and improve quality of life in stroke patients during the recovery period.关键词
