Abstract
Objective:To apply bladder low-frequency electrical stimulation therapy device combined with hierarchical personalized health guidance in postoperative care of cervical cancer patients,and observe the specific application effect.Method:A total of 100 patients with cervical cancer surgery who admitted to Fujian Provincial Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected,and they were divided into the control group(n=50,hierarchical personalized health guidance)and the observation group(n=50,bladder low-frequency electrical stimulation therapy device combined with hierarchical personalized health guidance)by random number table method.The pelvic floor muscle function[pelvic floor dysfunction questionnaire(PFDI20)],adverse reactions of urinary system and quality of life[cancer treatment function system evaluation scale(FACT-G)]were compared between two groups.Result:After intervention,the bladder,intestinal and pelvic dysfunction scores and total score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of urinary system adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.00%(2/50),which was lower than 20.00%(10/50)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after intervention,the scores of each dimension of FACT-G in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 98.00%(49/50),which was higher than 84.00%(42/50)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of bladder low-frequency electrical stimulation therapy device combined with hierarchical personalized health guidance in postoperative care of patients with cervical cancer has a good effect,which is conducive to improve pelvic floor muscle function,reduce the risk of adverse reactions of urinary system,improve quality of life,and have high nursing satisfaction.关键词
