Abstract
Objective:To explore the impact of social skills training on mental state and quality of life in schizophrenia.Method:A total of 80 patients with schizophrenia in the Psychiatric Department of Licheng District Psychiatric Hospital,Putian City from January 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the research subjects.Patients were divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40).The control group was given the routine intervention,and the observation group used the social skills training.The mental state and quality of life on the first day of admission and 3 months after the intervention were compared.Result:On the first day of admission,there was no significant difference in mental state scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After 3 months of intervention,the scores of all dimensions of mental state in both groups were lower than those on the first day of admission,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).On the first day of admission,there was no significant difference in quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After 3 months of intervention,the scores of all dimensions of life in both groups were lower than the first day of admission,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Social skills training can control the mental symptoms of schizophrenia patients,and help the return of patients to life by promoting the recovery of social skills,thus promoting the improvement of the quality of life.关键词
