摘要
Abstract
At present,the preferred surgical method for rectal cancer is transabdominal local resection or low anterior resection of rectum(Dixon),however,there is no uniform standard for the method of dissection of inferior mesenteric artery(IMA),and there is no clear guidelines and consensus,the necessity and safety of preserving left colonic artery during surgery are still controversial.Therefore,the purpose of this study was to investigate the clinical application and research progress of Dixon surgery to preserve left colic artery(LCA)for rectal cancer,the surgical methods and advantages of preserving LCA were described in detail,and the possible challenges and coping strategies were analyzed in order to provide valuable reference for clinical practice.关键词
