摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of Feilike assisted with Doxopfylline in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD)and its impact on airway remodeling and the transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)/Smad signaling pathway.Method:A total of 104 patients with AECOPD who admitted to Jiyang District People's Hospital,Jinan City from May 2021 to August 2024 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into the experimental group and the control group by computer random number table method,with 52 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with basic treatment,the control group was treated with Doxofylline,and the experimental group was treated with Feilike assisted with Doxofylline,both groups were treated for 2 weeks.The clinical efficacy,TGF-β1/Smad signaling pathway-related proteins[TGF-β1,Smad homolog 3(Smad3),Smad homolog 7(Smad7)],airway remodeling indexes[matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9),tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1(TIMP-1)],alveolar oxidation function[arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2),blood oxygen saturation(SaO2),forced expiratory volume in one second/forced vital capacity(FEV1/FVC),peak expiratory flow(PEF)]and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the experimental group was 92.31%,which was higher than 76.92%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with before treatment,the Smad3,TGF-β1,MMP-9 and TIMP-1 decreased,Smad7,PaO2,SaO2,FEV1/FVC and PEF in the two groups after 2 weeks of treatment increased,and those in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Feilike assisted with Doxopfylline in the treatment of patients with AECOPD can inhibit airway remodeling,regulate the TGF-β1/Smad signaling pathway,promote the recovery of alveolar oxygenation function,and improve treatment efficacy.关键词
