Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of hemoperfusion(HP)combined with maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)on uremia with hypertension patients on toxin, blood pressure levels and renal function.Method:A total of 70 patients with uremia and hypertension admitted to Weng'an Hengkang Hemodialysis Center from February 2023 to April 2024 were selected and they were divided into two groups by random number table method. The control group(n=35)received MHD treatment, and the observation group(n=35)received HP on the basis of the control group. The levels of toxin, blood pressure, renal function, endothelial cell function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,β2-microglobulin protein(β2-MG),parathyroid hormone(PTH)and C-reactive(CRP),hippuric acid(HA),homocysteine(Hcy),diastolic blood pressure, mean arterial pressure, systolic blood pressure, serum creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(Scr),endothelin-1(ET-1)and angiotensin Ⅱ(AngⅡ)levels of the observation group were lower than those of control group, and nitric oxide(NO)of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:In hypertensive patients with uremia, the combination of HP and MHD can reduce the toxin level, regulate blood pressure, improve renal function and endothelial cell function, and have a high safety profile.关键词
