Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Budesonide,Glycopyrronium Bromide and Formoterol Fumarate combined with Ambroxol in acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Method:A total of 98 patients with acute exacerbation of COPD in Qiannan Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture People's Hospital from December 2022 to December 2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group, with 49 cases in each group. Both groups received routine support including expectorant, oxygen supplementation, and anti-infection,while the control group received Ambroxol treatment, and the observation group combined with Budesonide,Glycopyrronium Bromide and Formoterol Fumarate on this basis. The clinical efficacy, serum inflammatory markers, adverse effects and lung function were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effect rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment, the levels of interleukin-1(IL-1),hypoxia-induced factor-1α(HIF-1α),interferon-γ(IFN-γ),interleukin-2(IL-2)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in both groups decreased, and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC),FEV1/FVC in both groups increased, and the levels in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse effects in the two groups was compared, and there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Budesonide,Glycopyrronium Bromide and Formoterol Fumarate combined with Ambroxol in treating acute exacerbation of COPD is effective, which is beneficial to reducing inflammation and promoting the recovery of lung function, and is relatively safe and reliable.关键词
