Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of Sini Powder on gastric motivity and inflammatory factors levels in patients with chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)with liver-stomach disharmony type.Method:A total of 92 CAG patients treated in Beijing Tongrentang Hospital of Chinese Medicine from March 2019 to May 2024 were included in the study and they were grouped using the random number table method.The control group(n=46)received conventional western medicine treatment.The observation group added Sini Powder on the basis of the control group.The symptom scores,gastric motility indicators,and levels of inflammatory factors,clinical effect rate and adverse reactions rate between the two groups were observed.Result:After treatment,the scores of symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the preprandial electrogastrogram amplitude,postprandial electrogastrogram amplitude and gastrin(GAS)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the motilin(MTL)was lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of Sini Powder in the treatment of liver-stomach disharmony type GAS patients can significantly improve the symptom relief effect,improve gastric motility,control inflammatory response,and help to improve the overall efficacy,and there is no significant increase in adverse drug reactions.关键词
