Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of laparoscopic preperitoneal hernia repair(LPHR)combined with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in the treatment of inguinal hernia(IH)patients.Method:A total of 80 patients with IH who admitted to Ningde Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected,and they were randomly divided into group A(LPHR)and group B(LPHR combined with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction),with 40 cases in each group.The incidence of postoperative complications,quality of life[the MOS item short form health survey(SF-36)],inflammatory response and pain mediators were compared between two groups.Result:The incidence of postoperative complications in group B was lower than that in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);at 4 weeks after operation,the SF-36 scores of two groups were higher than those before operation,and those in group B were higher than those in group A,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);at 4 weeks after operation,the levels of IL-6,IL-1β,TNF-α,substance P and 5-hydroxytryptamine were increased in both groups,while β-EP was decreased,but were improved compared with those before operation,and those in group B were better than those in group A,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:IH patients treated with LPHR take Buzhong Yiqi Decoction,which can effectively prevent postoperative complications,improve quality of life,improve inflammatory response,and reduce pain.关键词
