摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Dobutamine combined with Metoprolol Sustained-release Tablets in the treatment of patients with heart failure(HF)after interventional for acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Method:The clinical data of 100 patients with HF after intervention for AMI who admitted to the Emergency Department of Quanzhou First Hospital from February 2020 to January 2024 were retrospectively analyzed,they were divided into control group and experimental group according to different treatment methods,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Metoprolol Sustained-release Tablets orally,and the experimental group was treated with Dobutamine combined with Metoprolol Sustained-release Tablets,both groups were treated for 7 d.The cardiac function indexes[left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),stroke volume(SV),cardiac index(CI)],inflammatory factors[high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)],serological indexes[N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)and cardiac troponin I(cTnI)]before and after treatment were compared between two groups,and the therapeutic effect,incidence of adverse reactions and occurrence of cardiovascular adverse events were compared between two groups.Result:After treatment,the LVEF,SV and CI in two groups increased,and those in the experimental group were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of hs-CRP,TNF-α,IL-6,NT-proBNP and cTnI in two groups decreased,and those in the experimental group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there were no significant differences in the incidence of adverse reactions and cardiovascular adverse events between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Dobutamine combined with Metoprolol Sustained-release Tablets in the treatment of patients with HF after interventional for AMI can reduce the levels of inflammatory factors and serum NT-proBNP and cTnI,improve cardiac function,and has a good therapeutic effect.关键词
