Abstract
Objective:To explore the value of dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI in differentiating hepatic angiosarcoma from hepatic hemangioma.Method:A retrospective study was conducted,and 52 patients with hepatic angiosarcoma group(pathologically confirmed)and 52 patients with hepatic hemangioma group(pathologically confirmed)treated in Beijing Chuiyangliu Hospital were selected.All patients underwent conventional MRI and dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI,and the signal characteristics and characteristic parameters were recorded.The sensitivity and specificity of dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI were determined using pathological results as the gold standard.Result:The excellent visualization rates for vessels in the hepatic angiosarcoma group and hepatic hemangioma group were 96.15%and 94.23%,respectively,with no statistically significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).In the hepatic angiosarcoma group,the proportions of low signal intensity on T1WI and T2WI were 82.69%and 80.77%,significantly higher than 40.38%and 59.62%in the hepatic hemangioma group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the extracellular extravascular volume fraction between the hepatic angiosarcoma and hepatic hemangioma groups(P>0.05);while the transfer constant and rate constant were significantly higher in the hepatic angiosarcoma group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The sensitivity and specificity of dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI for diagnosing hepatic angiosarcoma were 98.08%(51/52)and 100.00%(52/52),respectively.Conclusion:Dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI characteristic parameters provide high image quality and have high sensitivity and specificity in differentiating hepatic angiosarcoma fromhepatic hemangioma.关键词
