Abstract
Objective:To explore the application value of combined detection of carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),cytokeratin 19 fragment(CYFRA21-1),neuron-specific enolase(NSE)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in the diagnosis of lung cancer.Method:The clinical data of 138 subjects who admitted to the First People's Hospital of Longnan from January 2021 to January 2024 were retrospectively analyzed, they were divided into the observation group(lung cancer group,n=88)and the control group(healthy physical examination group,n=50)according to the type of patients. The levels of CEA,CYFRA21-1,NSE and VEGF were detected, and the application value in the diagnosis of lung cancer was analyzed.Result:The levels of serum CEA,CYFRA21-1,NSE and VEGF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the levels of CEA,CYFRA21-1 and VEGF in patients with non-small cell lung cancer in the observation group were higher than those in patients with small cell lung cancer, and the level of NSE was lower than that in patients with small cell lung cancer, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the levels of CEA,CYFRA21-1,VEGF and NSE in patients with stage Ⅲ,Ⅳ in the observation group were higher than those in patients with stage Ⅰ,Ⅱ,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the value of combined diagnosis of CEA,CYFRA21-1,VEGF and NSE in lung cancer were higher than those of CEA,CYFRA21-1,VEGF and NSE alone, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of CEA,CYFRA21-1,NSE and VEGF significantly improves the diagnostic value of lung cancer through multi-dimensional complementarity, and the difference in marker levels is related to pathological classification and staging.关键词
