Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of problem oriented nursing intervention in patients with varicose veins of lower limb.Method:A total of 98 patients with varicose veins of lower limb who admitted to Fudan University Affiliated Zhongshan Hospital Xiamen Hospital from October 2023 to March 2024 were selected,and they were divided into the observation group and the control group by medical record number envelope lottery method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given problem oriented nursing intervention.The rehabilitation effect,negative emotion,disease uncertainty,complications and quality of life were compared between two groups.Result:The ulcer surface disappearance time,subcutaneous hematoma disappearance time,lower limb numbness and discomfort symptoms disappearance time,postoperative pain duration and hospitalization time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and Mishel uncertainty in illness scale(MUSI)in the two groups decreased,and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of general quality of life inventory-74(GQOLI-74)in the two groups increased,and those in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Problem oriented nursing interventions for patients with varicose veins of lower limb can promote postoperative recovery,reduce disease uncertainty,improve psychological status,reduce the incidence of complications,and enhance quality of life.关键词
