Abstract
Objective:To analyze the application effect of functional assessment scale(FAS)oriented rehabilitation nursing in patients with lumbar disc herniation after operation.Method:A total of 200 patients with lumbar disc herniation after operation who admitted to Dongguan Eastern Central Hospital from January 2021 to January 2024 were selected,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing after operation,and the study group was given FAS oriented rehabilitation nursing after operation.The lumbar function,rehabilitation index,depression and quality of life were compared between two groups.Result:After intervention,the scores of Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)and the MOS item short form health survey(SF-36)in two groups increased,and those in the study group were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the first time of getting out of bed,incision healing time and recovery time of daily activities in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after intervention,the scores of emotional intelligence scale(EIS)in two groups decreased,and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:FAS oriented rehabilitation nursing has a significant clinical effect in patients with lumbar disc herniation after operation,it can improve lumbar function and promote the rehabilitation of patients,so as to improve depression and improve the quality of life.关键词
