Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of empowering intervention combined with anxiety identity nursing in patients with hyperlipidemia acute pancreatitis.Method:A total of 90 patients with hyperlipidemia acute pancreatitis treated in the Affiliated Hospital of Putian University from September 2022 to August 2023 were selected as observation samples,the patients were divided into experimental group and control group by random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received nursing support according to the routine mode of hyperlipidemia acute pancreatitis,and the experimental group received empowering intervention combined with anxiety identity nursing.The anxiety and depression,health self-management ability,biochemical indicators and recurrence rate of the two groups after intervention were compared.Result:Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)scores and hamilton depression scale(HAMD)scores of the two groups after nursing were lower than those before nursing,and HAMA scores and HAMD scores of the experimental group after nursing were lower than those of the control group after nursing,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Adult health self-management skill rating scale(AHSMSRS)scores of the two groups after nursing were higher than those before nursing,AHSMSRS score of experimental group after nursing was higher than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The biochemical indexes of both groups after nursing were lower than those before nursing,the biochemical indexes of experimental group after nursing were better than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of experimental group within 12 months after discharge was lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of empowering intervention combined with anxiety identity nursing in patients with hyperlipidemia acute pancreatitis is beneficial to the optimization of patients'negative mood,the improvement of health self-management ability,the improvement of biochemical indicators,and the reduction of recurrence rate.关键词
