摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of incentive nursing combined with phased rehabilitation nursing on self-efficacy and medication adherence in chronic schizophrenia.Method:A total of 74 patients with chronic schizophrenia admitted to the Fourth People's Hospital of Bijie City from March 2020 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to random number table method.The control group(n=37)was given phased rehabilitation nursing,and the observation group(n=37)was given incentive nursing based on the control group.The self-efficacy,medication compliance and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Result:After nursing,the scores of chronic disease self-efficacy scale(SECD-6),medication compliance reporting scale(MARS)and World Health Organization quality of life-BREF(WHOQOL-BREF)in both groups were higher than before nursing,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of incentive nursing combined with phased rehabilitation nursing in chronic schizophrenia patients has a remarkable effect,which can promote patient self-efficacy,improve medication compliance and improve the quality of life.关键词
