Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical nursing effect of craniotomy hematoma removal in patients with hypertensive basal ganglia cerebral hemorrhage.Method:A retrospective study was conducted on the clinical data of 64 patients with hypertensive basal ganglia cerebral hemorrhage underwent craniotomy hematoma removal admitted to the Department of Neurosurgery of the Fourth People's Hospital of Changzhou City from February 2020 to December 2023,they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the nursing methods,32 cases in each group. The control group was given traditional nursing, while the observation group was given high-quality nursing. The perioperative indexes, postoperative complications, inflammatory factors, neurological function and prognosis were compared between two groups.Result:The operation time and hospitalization days of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group, the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group, and the good prognosis rate was higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the levels of neuron-specific enolase(NSE),S100 calcium binding protein B(S100B),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and interleukin-1β(IL-1β)in the observation group at 4 weeks after operation were lower than those in the control group, the National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)score was lower than that of the control group, and the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Perioperative high-quality nursing for patients with hypertensive basal ganglia cerebral hemorrhage can shorten the operation time and hospitalization days, reduce intraoperative blood loss, reduce the incidence of complications and inflammatory factor levels, and improve neurological function and prognosis.关键词
