Abstract
Objective:To analyze the application value of individualized nursing under the guidance of pediatric critical care score and sputum discharge instrument intervention in children with severe pneumonia.Method:A total of 150 children with severe pneumonia(SP)admitted to the First People's Hospital of Zunyi City from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing combined with sputum discharge instrument,and the observation group was treated with individualized nursing based on pediatric critical care score combined with sputum discharge instrument.The time of clinical symptom disappearance and remission,blood gas index,airway function,complications occurrence and nursing satisfaction of children's families were compared between the two groups.Result:The time of hyperthermia resolution,cough cessation time,pulmonary rales disappearance time and shortness of breath improvement time in observation group were earlier than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the observation group had higher partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PCO2)and lower partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2)than the control group,pediatric early warning score(PEWS)scores and airway grading scores were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction of family members was higher,the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of individualized nursing care based on pediatric critical care score and sputum discharge instrument intervention in children with severe pneumonia can quickly alleviate clinical symptoms,optimize blood gas indexes,improve airway function,effectively prevent complications,and improve the satisfaction of family members of children with clinical care.关键词
