益气固肾汤加减对妊娠中期胎盘低置状态患者进行早期干预的临床效果
Clinical Effect of Modified Yiqi Gushen Decoction on Early Intervention of Patients with Placenta Hypoplasia in Mid Pregnancy

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of using modified Yiqi Gushen Decoction on early intervention of placental hypoplasia in mid pregnancy.Method:From May 2022 to May 2023,160 patients with placental hypoplasia in the Obstetrics Clinic of Linyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and randomly divided into two groups.In the control group,80 cases were given Tranexamic Acid intravenous drip+Magnesium Sulfate intravenous drip or Progesterone Injection intramuscular treatment.In the experimental group,80 cases were given Yiqi Gushen Decoction.The comprehensive curative effect,placental position changes and adverse reactions were observed.Result:In terms of comprehensive efficacy,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 93.75%,which was higher than 82.50%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of placental position change in experimental group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of dizziness in experimental group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of early intervention with modified Yiqi Gushen Decoction on patients with placental hypoplasia in mid pregnancy is significant,and the overall safety is good.关键词
