Abstract
Objective:To analyze the influencing factors of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in child complicated with plastic bronchitis(PB).Method:A total of 142 children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection who admitted to Quanzhou Women's and Children's Hospital from January 2023 to June 2024 were selected,all children were underwent bronchoscopy,the children were divided into PB group(66 cases)and non-PB group(76 cases)according to the results of the examination.The gender,age,thermal spike,heat duration,cough time,WBC,neutrophil ratio(NE%),C-reactive protein(CRP),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),fibrin degradation product(FDP),DNA damage repair(DDR)were compared between two groups.Multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in child complicated with PB.Result:The age,thermal spike,NE%,LDH,FDP and DDR in PB group were higher than those in non-PB group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that high thermal spike,long heat duration,long cough time and high NE%were risk factors of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in child complicated with PB(P<0.05).Conclusion:High thermal spike,long heat duration,long cough time and high NE%are risk factors of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in child complicated with PB,medical staffs should pay attention to these risk factors of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in child complicated with PB and take necessary preventive measures.关键词
