摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of plastic breast conserving surgery(BCT)combined with sentinel lymph node biopsy(SLNB)on patients with early breast cancer.Method:The clinical data of 102 patients with early breast cancer who admitted to Changshu Fifth People's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were retrospectively analyzed, according to different surgical methods,52 patients undergoing modified radical mastectomy were set as the control group, and 50 patients undergoing BCT combined with SLNB were set as the observation group. The perioperative indicators, shoulder joint mobility, quality of life,long-term survival and complications were compared between two groups.Result:The perioperative indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the shoulder joint activity of the observation group after operation were better than those of the control group, and the quality of life scores were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the long-term survival rate between the two groups(P>0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:BCT combined with SLNB in the treatment of early breast cancer is less traumatic, can reduce the impact of surgery on shoulder joint mobility, reduce the incidence of complications, can better improve the quality of life of patients, and the survival rate is comparable to that of modified radical mastectomy.关键词
