Abstract
Objective:To explore the overall vaccination status and risk factors analysis of immunization program vaccines for children with special health status.Method:The vaccination information of 288 children with special health status in Maternal and Child Health Care Centers in Shunyi District of Beijing City from April 2022 to May 2024 was collected,and the overall vaccination status of immunization planning vaccines was counted.Multivariate logistic regression was used to analyze the risk factors affecting the overall vaccination of immunization planning vaccines for children with special health status.Result:Among 288 children with special health status included in the immunization program,the highest coverage rate of hepatitis B vaccine was 100.00%(288/288),the lowest coverage rate of meningococcal meningitis vaccine was 86.11%(248/288),and the overall coverage rate of immunization program vaccine was 90.28%(260/288).Univariate analysis showed that place of residence,educational level of guardians,guardians'concerns about vaccine safety,and guardians'knowledge of vaccines were the relevant factors affecting the overall vaccination rate of immunization programs for children with special health status(P<0.05);the overall vaccination rate of immunization programs for children with special health status by gender,age,disease classification,guardian occupation and per capita monthly income of family were compared,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that place of residence(OR=4.773,P<0.05),low educational level of guardians(OR=6.449,P<0.05),and guardians'concerns about vaccine safety(OR=5.778,P<0.05)were risk factors affecting the overall vaccination rate of immunization programs for children with special health status,guardian knowledge of vaccines(OR=0.256,P<0.05)was a protective factor affecting the overall vaccination rate of immunization programs for children with special health status.Conclusion:The overall vaccination rate of immunization program vaccines for children with special health status is relatively low,with the main influencing factors being their place of residence,low educational level of guardians,guardians'concerns about vaccine safety,and guardians'knowledge of vaccines.Targeted intervention measures should be developed to improve the vaccination rate of immunization program vaccines for children with special health status.关键词
