Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application effect of Dapagliflozin adjuvant therapy in patients with diabetic coronary heart disease complicated with cardiac insufficiency.Method:From January 2022 to January 2024,patients with coronary heart disease complicated with cardiac insufficiency in Xiamen Fifth Hospital were selected and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,50 cases in the control group received routine basic treatment,and 50 cases in the observation group received Dapagliflozin treatment on the basis of routine basic treatment.The blood glucose indexes,cardiac function and incidence of cardiovascular adverse events were compared.Result:After 6 months of treatment,fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and fasting insulin in the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6 months of treatment,the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter,left ventricular end-systolic diameter and N-terminal B-type pronatriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)levels in the both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the left ventricular ejection fraction in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the index in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of major adverse cardiovascular events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dapagliflozin can effectively reduce blood glucose index,significantly improve cardiac function,and reduce the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events in the adjuvant treatment of diabetes,coronary heart disease and cardiac insufficiency.关键词
