Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of combined with Maxing Shigan Decoction in the treatment of children with bronchopneumonia.Method:A total of 88 children with bronchopneumonia who diagnosed in Longzhou County People's Hospital from February 2023 to February 2024 were selected,and they were randomly divided into the control group(intravenous infusion of Azithromycin and Ambroxol,aerosol inhalation of Budesonide,n=44)and the observation group(combined with Maxing Shigan Decoction on the basis of the control group,n=44).The traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores,recovery progress,inflammatory factors,lung function,blood gas analysis and platelet parameters were compared between two groups.Result:The traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores and inflammatory factors levels in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group,and the lung function,blood gas analysis indexes and platelet parameters were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the disappearance times of fever,cough,shortness of breath and lung rale in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combined with Maxing Shigan Decoction in the treatment of children with bronchopneumonia has a significant therapeutic effect,the clinical symptoms,inflammatory factors,lung function,blood gas analysis and platelet parameters are significantly improved,the recovery time is shortened,the blood viscosity is reduced.关键词
