Synergistic Effect of AIDET Communication Model on Pain Control in Ultrasound-guided Breast Biopsy

Abstract
Objective:To explore the synergistic effect of the AIDET communication model on pain control in ultrasound-guided breast biopsies.Method:A total of 700 patients who received ultrasound-guided breast biopsy in Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital,Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University Medical School from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 350 patients in each group.The control group used the conventional communication mode,and the observation group used the AIDET communication mode.The operation time,visual analogue scale(VAS)score(10 min,60 min after surgery),satisfaction score,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The operation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the pain score(10 min,60 min after surgery)were lower than those of the control group,the satisfaction score was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The AIDET communication model can effectively alleviate patient pain,and enhance satisfaction in ultrasound-guided breast biopsies.关键词
