火龙罐综合灸在腰椎间盘突出症患者中的应用
Application of Dragon Pot Moxibustion in Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation

Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of dragon pot moxibustion in patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Method:A total of 100 LDH patients admitted to the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Deyang People's Hospital were selected as the research objects from April 2023 to April 2024.They were divided into two groups by random number table method,group A with 50 cases and group B with 50 cases.Group A was treated with routine treatment and rehabilitation nursing,group B was treated with dragon pot moxibustion nursing intervention on the basis of group A.Pain degree,lumbar function,mental state and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:After 2 weeks of intervention,visual analogue scale(VAS)scores in both groups were lower than those before intervention,and VAS score in group B was lower than that in group A,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Japanese Orthopaedic Association evaluation treatment(JOA)scores and Oswestry disability index(ODI)scores in both groups were better than those before intervention,and JOA scores and ODI scores in group B were better than those in group A,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in both groups were lower than those before intervention,and the scores of SAS and SDS in group B were lower than those in group A,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of group B was 92.00%,which was higher than 74.00%of group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing intervention of dragon pot moxibustion can effectively reduce the pain symptoms of LDH patients,promote the recovery of lumbar spine,and improve their psychological state and nursing satisfaction.关键词
