Abstract
Objective:To study the influencing factors of the burden of primary caregivers of children with cerebral palsy in ICU and its correlation with disease-related shame.Method:Convenience sampling method was used,the main caregivers of 86 children with cerebral palsy who admitted to the Department of Pediatric Critical Care Medicine,Affiliated Hospital of Putian University from March 2022 to March 2024 were selected as the research objects.General information questionnaire,Zarit caregiver burden interview(ZBI)and affiliate stigma scale(ASS)were used to investigate the main caregivers,t/F test was used to analyze the single factor of the burden of the main caregivers of children with cerebral palsy in ICU,Pearson correlation was used to analyze the correlation between the burden of the main caregivers and the stigma of the associated diseases,multiple linear regression was used to analyze the multiple factors of the burden of the main caregivers.Result:A total of 80 valid questionnaires were collected,the ZBI score was(41.35±3.21)points,and the ASS score was(53.91±4.72)points;the ZBI scores of the main caregivers of children with cerebral palsy in ICU with different education levels,employment status,family annual income and course of disease were compared,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);Pearson analysis showed that the burden of primary caregivers of children with cerebral palsy in ICU was positively correlated with the stigma of associated diseases(r=0.311,P<0.05);multiple linear regression showed that education level,annual family income and associated stigma were independent influencing factors of the burden of primary caregivers of children with cerebral palsy in ICU(P<0.05).Conclusion:The burden level of the main caregivers for children with cerebral palsy in ICU needs to be improved,and the sense of shame associated with the disease is a contributing factor,the stronger the sense of shame associated with the disease,the heavier the burden level.关键词
