中医芳香疗法对足月单胎初产妇分娩结局影响的临床进展研究
Clinical Research Progress on Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Aromatherapy on Delivery Outcome of Primipara with Full-term Singleton Pregnancy
摘要
Abstract
In order to understand the impact of traditional Chinese medicine aromatherapy on the delivery outcomes of primiparous with full-term singleton pregnancy,by reviewing relevant literature in recent years,the use of plant essential oils in aromatherapy during delivery has become very safe and comfortable,but this paper used traditional Chinese medicine formula essential oils.In the search report up to October 2023,it was found in the novelty search report that the research on the use of traditional Chinese medicine essential oil in the delivery process of primipara with full-term singleton pregnancy was in the blank stage.Therefore,the impact of traditional Chinese medicine aromatherapy on the delivery outcomes of primiparous with full-term singleton pregnancy has brought some difficulties to researchers in practical research.In this paper,the feasibility of traditional Chinese medicine aromatherapy for the delivery of primiparous with full-term singleton pregnancy was analyzed from the aspects of traditional Chinese medicine formula essential oil,fumigation,acupoint pressing,perineal massage and adverse reaction treatment,the purpose of this study was to promote traditional Chinese medicine aromatherapy in clinical work,and ultimately relieve the pain of primiparas,improve anxiety,shorten the labor process,reduce the use of drug analgesia,reduce the rate of lateral incision,cesarean section and neonatal asphyxia,reduce postpartum hemorrhage,promote natural delivery,and make the whole process of delivery a pleasant experience.关键词
