冠心病血瘀证患者冠脉狭窄程度与代谢综合征异常因素相关性研究
Correlation Study Between the Coronary Artery Stenosis in Coronary Heart Disease Patients with Blood Stasis Syndrome and Metabolic Syndrome-Related Abnormal Factors

Abstract
Objective To explore the correlation between the severity of coronary artery stenosis in coronary artery disease(CAD)patients with blood stasis syndrome and metabolic syndrome(MS)-related abnormal factors.Methods A total of 690 CAD patients with blood stasis syndrome were retrospectively included and divided into mild,moderate,and severe stenosis groups based on Gensini scores.Multinomial Logistic regression was used to evaluate the association between MS-related abnormal factors and stenosis severity.Spearman correlation was applied to assess the relationship between the number of abnormal factors and Gensini scores.Further analysis was conducted to assess the relevance of each factor with severe stenosis,and receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curves were generated to evaluate the discriminative performance of the cumulative effect.Results Compared with non-MS patients,the risk of moderate and severe stenosis increased in MS patients(P=0.027,P＜0.001).The Gensini score increased with the increase of the number of MS-related abnormal factors(P＜0.001).Elevated triglycerides,reduced high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,and hyperglycemia is associated with severe stenosis(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).ROC curve analysis showed that the area under the curve for the cumulative effects combined coefficient was 0.703(95％CI:0.655-0.751),indicating good predictive performance.Conclusions In CAD patients with blood stasis syndrome,the MS-related abnormal factors were correlated with the severity of coronary artery stenosis,and there was a cumulative effect.关键词
