健脾化痰祛湿方联合虎符铜砭刮痧法治疗高脂血症性非酒精性脂肪性肝炎的临床观察
Clinical observation on the treatment of hyperlipidemia nonalcoholic steatohepatitis by Jianpi Huatan Qushi prescription combined with Hufu Tongbian scrapp-ing therapy

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Jianpi Huatan Qushi prescription combined with Hufu Tongbian scrapping therapy in the treatment of nonalcoholic steatohepatitis with hyperlipidemia.Methods:A total of 72 patients with hyperlipidemic nonalcoholic steatohepatitis who met the inclusion criteria(syndrome of spleen deficiency and dampness)were randomly divided into a control group and treatment group.Both groups were given diet and exercise prescriptions,the control group was given polyene phosphatidylcholine capsules orally,and the treatment group was given Jianpi Huatan Qushi prescription combined with Hufu Tongbian scrapping therapy.The course of treatment was 12 weeks.The changes of Alanine Aminotransferase(ALT),Aspartate Aminotransferase(AST),Gamma Glutamyl Transpeptidase(GGT),Triglyceride(TG),Total Cholesterol(TC),High-Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol(HDL-C),Low-Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol(LDL-C),liver fat detection CAP value and clinical symptoms of TCM in the two groups were recorded before and after treatment.The curative effect was evaluated.Results:Compared with the control group,ALT,AST,TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C and CAP values detected by liver fat in the treatment group were all lower than before(P＜0.05),and the changes of clinical symptoms of TCM were improved compared with before(P＜0.05).Moreover,the treatment group was superior to the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Jianpi Huatan Qushi Prescription combined with Hufu Tongbian scrapping therapy can obviously improve the liver function,blood lipid,liver fat detection CAP value,and the TCM clinical symptoms in patients with hyperlipidemia nonalcoholic steatohepatitis.关键词
