解毒逐瘀汤联合腹针治疗2型糖尿病合并代谢相关脂肪性肝病的临床疗效
Clinical effect of Jiedu Zhuyu decoction combined with abdominal acupuncture on type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with metabolism-related fatty liver disease

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Jiedu Zhuyu decoction combined with abdominal acupuncture in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)with metabolism-related fatty liver disease(MAFLD).Methods:A total of 104 T2DM patients with MAFLD admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group(52 cases)received Jiedu Zhuyu decoction treatment,observation group(52 cases)received Jiedu Zhuyu decoction combined with abdominal acupuncture treatment.The indexes of glycolipid metabolism,liver function,quality of life,efficacy,and safety of the two groups were compared.Results:Both groups completed the treatment.The blood glucose control rate and the total effective rate of MAFLD in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of hypochondria dull pain,hot flusher upset,a thirst to drink,facial dullness,fasting blood glucose(FPG),and postprandial 2 h The levels of blood glucose(2hPG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),glutamic oxalic aminotransferase(ALT),glutamic-pyruginase(AST),alkaline phosphatase(ALP),γ-glutamyl transpeptidase(GGT)and total bilirubin(TBil)were higher than those of treatment The levels of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and Chronic Liver Disease Questionnaire(CLDQ)and Health Status Survey Summary Form(SF-36)were increased compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score,FPG,2hPG,HbA1c,TG,TC,LDL-C,ALT,AST,ALP,GGT and TBil levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05),and the HDL-C level,CLDQ and SF-36 scores were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Jiedu Zhuyu Decoction combined with abdominal acupuncture in the treatment of T2DM combined with MAFLD can effectively reduce blood sugar and regulate lipid,protect liver function,improve quality of life,and have a significant clinical effect.关键词
