摘要

Abstract

Integration of vocational and general education and integration of general and vocational integration have similar words,but they are not only words order conversion,and their values and purposes are also very different.Compared with the"passivity"of general and vocational integration,vocational and general integration presents the characteristics of"initiative",which is manifested in the following ways:highlighting the main identity of vocational education,emphasizing the ultimate value of vocational education,and highlighting the strategic position of vocational education.At the same time,in order to overcome the dilemma of one-way integration in the practice of vocational-general integration,the symbiosis theory derived from ecology can provide useful enlightenments.Based on the symbiosis theory,the symbiosis of vocational education,general education,government,enterprises and the educated includes symbiotic subjects.The ideal symbiosis model is integration and reciprocal symbiosis;the construction of a symbiosis of vocational-general integration needs to be guaranteed by policies,systems and cultural environment.To improve the construction of the symbiosis of vocational and general integration,it is necessary to focus on three aspects:link symbiotic units to promote the integration of values;optimize the symbiosis model and improve the quality of symbiosis unit cooperation;improve the symbiotic environment cultivate soil for the symbiosis of vocational and general integration.
