Scientific Connotation,Ethical Implications and Inheritance Paths of Chinese Characteristic Apprenticeship Culture
摘要
Abstract
The apprenticeship culture with Chinese characteristics has a rich connotation,mainly pointing to learning-oriented and skill-based development,containing both moral and technical training,excellence,emphasizing the teaching of students according to their aptitudes,benefiting the whole people,and encouraging the unity of knowledge and action,lifelong learning and other cultural forces of the times and development.The apprenticeship culture with Chinese characteristics has profound ethical implications,which can demonstrate the mission of vocational education,form a multi-subject education ecology,forge the basic cultivation of professional ethics,and build a scientific education system.In order to better inherit the apprenticeship culture with Chinese characteristics,we should adhere to the original mission of educating people and build Chinese discourse for inheriting the apprenticeship culture with Chinese characteristics;adhere to the concept of alternating engineering and learning and create a practical platform for promoting the apprenticeship culture with Chinese characteristics;focus on creating an image of educating people and strengthen team building for promoting the apprenticeship culture with Chinese characteristics;improve the long-term mechanism for educating people and provide institutional guarantees for continuing the apprenticeship culture with Chinese characteristics.关键词
