摘要

Abstract

The human resources of young-old adults represent a vital supplementary workforce in China's rapidly aging society,and advancing vocational re-education for older adults is a critical strategy to proactively address the challenges of aging in the new era.Schlossberg's Transition Theory offers robust theoretical support for the development of vocational education for this group,emphasizing their evolving needs across the dynamic phases of entering,experiencing and exiting career transitions.To optimize the role of young-old adults in mitigating the impacts of population aging,vocational education initiatives should be tailored to each transitional stage.During the entry phase,efforts should focus on strengthening institutional safeguards,fostering cognitive shifts,and enhancing interactive learning engagement.In the experience phase,priorities include promoting resources integration,leveraging digital empowerment,reforming curricula,and adapting teaching methods to accommodate aging-related needs.During the exit phase,emphasis should be placed on reinforcing practical application,nurturing lifelong learning habits and refining evaluation systems tailored to older adults.
