教育强国建设视域下高职思政引领力的本质、功能与提升路径
The Essence,Value and Enhancement Pathways of Ideological and Political Leadership of Higher Vocational Education from the Perspective of Building a Powerful Education Country

Abstract
As the foremost force in constructing a powerful education country,ideological and political leadership embodies the nature and orientation of educational power,addressing the fundamental questions of whom to cultivate,how to cultivate,and for whom to cultivate.Higher vocational education,a critical component of the national education system,bears significant missions and responsibilities in building a powerful education country,necessitating robust ideological and political leadership to safeguard this endeavor.In essence,such leadership manifests in three dimensions:political leadership oriented towards cultivating talents for the Party,ideological leadership rooted in fostering virtue and nurturing talents,and educational leadership centered on industry-education integration.Its value proposition highlights three functional orientations:consolidating foundational functions to ensure the correct direction of educational power construction,forging cohesive functions to cultivate ideological consensus among new-generation talents,and cultivating talents with ideological conviction through collaborative industry-education systems.To enhance ideological and political leadership in higher vocational education,efforts must focus on Party-building guidance,discourse innovation,curriculum integration,digital empowerment,and team development,thereby providing ideological assurance and strategic support for cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents.关键词
