摘要

Abstract

industry-education integration is a collaborative model involving the participation of multiple entities such as institutions,enterprises,governments and industrial organizations,and convergence of multiple interests.It has diverse influencing factors and complex paths of action.Grounded theory is adopted to explore the influencing factors of industry-education integration in vocational education in the new era,and a functional path model based on the"motivation-process-behavior-result"theory is constructed.The study finds that self-development and policy response are the motivational factors of industry-education integration;guarantee factors such as society,organization,and resources are the necessary conditions for the implementation of industry-education integration.Internal and external environments have a direct impact on the occurrence and implementation of industry-education integration and play a regulatory role in the process of industry-education integration.Based on these influencing factors,innovative pathways to promote industry-education integration include:improving policy support to stimulate the motivation of participating entities;optimizing the integration process to advance comprehensive and in-depth industry-education integration;innovating integration measures to highlight the cultivation of practical and composite talents;increasing guarantee investments to provide elemental support for industry-education integration.
