Practical Dilemma and Optimization Paths of Vocational Education in Consolidating the Achievements of Poverty Alleviation and Effective Cohesion with Rural Revitalization

Abstract
As a distinct type education,vocational education serves not only as an intellectual support for consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation and effective cohesion with rural revitalization,but also as an important engine for common prosperity.However,during the practice of consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation and effective cohesion with rural revitalization,vocational education is still facing several challenges.These include conflict between short-term effects and long-term goals,the coexistence of insufficient and excessive marketization,significant shortcomings in serving the effective linkage of these two tasks,and the coexistence of insufficient feasible capacity and spiritual poverty of relative poverty population.On the new journey towards comprehensively promoting the rural revitalization to achieve common prosperity,it should strengthen the conceptual alignment to fully leverage the guiding role of strategic planning,strengthen industrial alignment to promote organic synergy between the government and the market;strengthen policy alignment to guarantee the enduring effectiveness of vocational education in serving rural areas;innovate educational alignment to solidify the foundation of vocational education in serving rural areas;strengthen talents alignment to comprehensively stimulate the internal motivation of rural residents.关键词
