Abstract
Coronary atherosclerotic heart disease refers to the heart disease caused by coronary atherosclerosis,which makes the lumen spasm,narrow or block,leading to myocardial ischemia and hypoxia,referred to as coronary heart disease.Acute coronary syndrome is a common clinical type of coronary heart disease,which is often life-threatening,poses a great threat to human health,and brings serious burden to families.Therefore,the prevention and treatment of ACS has been paid attention to in the medical field.Modern medicine believes that acute coronary syndrome is closely related to"vulnerable plaque",which is related to inflammation,endothelial function decline and lipid metabolism disorder in the body.Plaque accumulation is the central link of the occurrence and development of coronary heart disease,and the activity of vulnerable plaques is the key factor of acute cardiovascular events.For coronary heart disease,the common clinical treatment options include drug conservative treatment and surgical intervention.Drugs include lipid-regulating plaque stabilizing drugs,anti-platelet aggregation drugs,anticoagulant drugs,nitrates and so on.It is undeniable that Western medicine treatment is still accompanied by a certain degree of adverse reactions and drug resistance problems.The famous theory of"weak pulse at Yang(阳)and wiry pulse at Yin(阴)"in traditional Chinese medicine suggests that the pathogenesis of chest numbness and heartache is asthenia in origin and asthenia in superficiality,and phlegm turbidness is the main pathogenic factor,which is in harmony with the theory of"vulnerable plaque"in Western medicine.Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi decoction(枳实薤白桂枝汤)is a classic Chinese medicine prescription for treating coronary heart disease.It has the function of disperzing Yang,eliminating phlegm and regulating Qi(气).It is used to treat coronary heart disease with phlegm turbidity blocking,and has shown unique value and advantage in clinical application.Western medicine treats coronary heart disease from"vulnerable plaque",and Chinese medicine treats crown chest impediment and heartache from"phlegm turbidity",which complement each other.关键词
