Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of modified Taoren Honghua decoction(桃仁红花煎)combined with Guizhi Gancao Longgu Muli decoction(桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎汤)on premature beat frequency,ventricular premature recurrence rate and postoperative symptom improvement in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with ventricular premature beat after radiofrequency ablation.Methods:A total of 80 patients with coronary heart disease combined with ventricular premature beat admitted to the Second Department of Cardiology in Weifang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to August 2023 were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 40 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional treatment for 4 weeks,and the patients in the experimental group were treated with modified Taoren Honghua decoction combined with Guizhi Gancao Longgu Muli decoction for 4 weeks on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The effects of TCM syndrome,TCM syndrome score and the changes of the frequency of ventricular onset were compared before and after treatment between two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 87.5％(35/40)in the experimental group and 67.5％(27/40)in the control group,P=0.039(P＜0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.The TCM syndrome score of the two groups before and after treatment was compared,the control group was(12.92±2.20)after treatment,and the experimental group was(5.02±1.60),P=0.00(P＜0.05),the difference was statistically significant.The number of ventricular premature beats after treatment was compared between the two groups,and the number of ventricular premature beats after treatment in the experimental group was(45.32±37.23).In the control group,the frequency of ventricular premature after treatment was(124.65±86.75),P=0.00(P＜0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Modified Taoren Honghua decoction combined with Guizhi Gancao Longgu Muli decoction has considerable clinical effect on patients with coronary heart disease after radiofrequency ablation,and the syndrome differentiation is consistent with the sign of blood stasis.It can significantly relieve the clinical symptoms,reduce the number of ventricular premature beat of patients,and improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
