安心生脉饮联合琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片治疗气阴两虚型室性早搏疗效观察
Observation of the curative effect of Anxin Shengmai decoction combined with Metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets in the treatment of ventricular premature beat with deficiency of Qi and Yin

Abstract
Objective:To observe the the curative effect of Anxin Shengmai decoction(安心生脉饮)combined with Metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets in the treatment of ventricular premature beat with deficiency of Qi(气)and Yin(阴).Methods:This study selected 60 patients with ventricular premature beat with Qi and Yin deficiency in Wuxi Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine from November 2021 to December 2022,and they were divided into two groups by using random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given Metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets,and the treatment group was given Anxin Shengmai decoction on the basis of westem medicine.The treatment course of both groups was 4 weeks.The total score of TCM syndrome and individual score of each syndrome,the number of ventricular premature beats in 24-hour holter electrocardiogram,heart rate variability parameters(SDNN,SDANN),Hamilton anxiety scale score,serum relaxin level and related safety indexes were observed in patients with ventricular premature beats with Qi and Yin deficiency before and after treatment.Results:The total score of TCM syndromes in both groups decreased after treatment.The treatment group was better than the control group in improving TCM syndromes(P＜0.05).After treatment,the scores of individual TCM symptom decreased in both groups,and the scores of individual TCM symptom in the treatment group were more advantageous than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the frequency of ventricular premature beats in both groups decreased,but the curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the heart rate variability indexes SDNN and SDANN were improved in the treatment group,but not in the control group.The Hamilton anxiety Scale scores of both groups decreased after treatment,and the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.There was no significant difference in the improvement of serum relaxin level between the two groups after treatment.Conclusion:On the basis of the treatment of Westem medicine,combination with Anxin Shengmai decoction can significantly reduce the frequency of ventricular premature beat,effectively relieve the clinical palpitations,dizziness,fatigue and other uncomfortable symptoms of patients,and provide an effective solution for the clinical treatment of ventricular premature beat with Qi and Yin deficiency.关键词
