任寿山主任应用对药治疗稳定型心绞痛经验总结
Director REN Shoushan's experience of applying couplet medicines in the treatment of stable angina
摘要
Abstract
Stable angina pectoris is clinically manifested by retrosternal squeezing and paroxymorial pain and tingling in the precardiac area,which can radiate to the left upper limb,pharynx,left scapula,and even the abdomen and left lower limb for several minutes,and can often be relieved by rest or sublingual ingestion of nitrates.With the influence of modern living habits and work pressure,the incidence of stable angina pectoris is increasing day by day,and it has become one of the main diseases threatening human life and health.Stable angina pectoris belongs to the category of chest arthralgia and heartache of traditional Chinese medicine.The main pathogenesis is heart-meridian arthralgia,and the disease is located in the heart,involving the liver,the spleen,the kidney and other viscera.The pathological changes of the disease are deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality and mixed excess and deficiency.REN Shoushan is an academic leader in the Cardiology Department of Mongolian Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Hohhot,a key specialty in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,and a famous traditional Chinese medicine inheritance instructor in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.He has been engaged in TCM clinical practice for more than 40 years,and has accumulated rich clinical experience in the treatment of difficult and complicated diseases with traditional remedies,especially in the treatment of stable angina pectoris with couplet medicines.Director REN Shoushan believes that there are six common clinical syndrome types,namely,heart and meridian stasis,Qi(气)stagnation and blood stasis,phlegm turbidity-blocking,deficiency of heart yang,deficiency of heart and kidney Yin,deficiency of Qi and Yin(阴).According to many years of clinical experience,6 groups of drugs with unique effects are formed for the treatment of these 6 types,namely,salvia miltiorrhiza and Ligusticum chuanxiong are given to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis,channel the meridians and relieve pain;Radix bupleuri and Radix Paeoniae are given to soothe the liver and relieve depression,regulate Qi aand relieve pain;Fructus trichosanthis and ginger pinellia are given to relieve chest stiffness to dissipate mass,eliminate phlegm and relieve arthralgia;Cinnamon twig and prepared aconite are given to warm yang and tonify Qi,nourish heart and channel meridians;Anemone rhizome and sour jujube kernel are given to nourish Yin and clear fire,nourish heart and harmonize collaterals;Lilium brownii and Radix pseudostellariae are given to invigorate Qi and nourish Yin,promote blood circulation and channel meridians.The clinical effect is remarkable.关键词
